UK Delivery
Parts (non licensable) will be sent by Royal Mail (1-4 Working Days Delivery). Delivery Charges may vary due to weight of packages and occasionally we may have to contact you regarding additional postage charges. There may also be delays due to potential strikes by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but we will do everything we can to avoid such situations. We always aim to dispatch your item within 2 working day of payment being received, however this is not guaranteed. Currently Royal Mail have a claim limit of £50.00 in the event the parcel is mislaid or not delivered. We can offer additional insurance at an additional cost if required.
Returns
We offer a full refund, exchange, or partial exchange for any goods purchased which are returned to us within 14 days of receipt when purchased. Refunds will be by electronic card refund, bank transfer or cheque. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The following conditions apply to returned goods:
- Items are returned carriage paid and undamaged.
- Refunds will exclude the original postage costs unless we have sent in error.
- The original packaging for the item is returned in good condition
- Items will be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge
Please note your statutory rights are not affected. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt of the goods.
