By placing an order through this web site you agree that you are legally entering into binding contract with Guncraft Ltd.
Our Contract
Orders are subject to acceptance by Guncraft Ltd. and as such, confirmation of acceptance is by on-line electronic data hence the Confirmation. We will always reserve all rights to bar customers from ordering goods. This includes someone that we may suspect is trying to obtain Goods/Items from us by fraudulent means.
Payments terms and item costs
The prices of products are as quoted on the web site.
Payments are made via the secure payment system, provided by Worldpay this includes Credit or Debit cards. Worldpay will hold all secure information that’s required to administer the purchase of the goods.
Your payment will be debited in £ Sterling all funds are cleared before the order is despatched.
Products ordered from this web site will be delivered to the address that Worldpay have supplied us as confirmation of the purchase.
We try to establish availability of the products ordered by you before acknowledging your order. Goods ordered that are unavailable will have monies for those items refunded except in cases where it clearly states that the item/s is a made to order only product. Or in certain case you request to have an item when next in stock
Ownership of any goods ordered shall remain with us (Guncraft Ltd.) until payment is made in full, when confirmed payment has indeed been cleared them all risks in the goods/items will be passed on to you once you have received delivery. Goods remain the sole property of Guncraft Ltd. until payment has been accepted in full and in the case if items covered by the Firearms Act until the items have been entered onto the customer’s Firearms or Shotgun Certificate.”?
Standard deposit Policy
Our standard deposit for one of our rifles is currently £300.00. This will be invoiced via email and we will confirm when we have received payment. At the time of deposit, we will provide an approximate date for delivery. However, this is subject to change at any time.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, we will retain £100.00 to cover administration costs and refund you the remaining £200.00. If you are going to request for a refund then this must be made in writing.
Our cancellation policy
If you order a made-to-order/ special item and decide to cancel your purchase for whatever reason you will be charged 50% of the original purchase costs to cover any purchase & manufacturing costs incurred by us.
